Nice, is that a gradient set to color? And what kind of texture did you use? Only thing I would have done different Is to set some slight color to the outside of the pupil. maybe added something to the pupil to add some depth like a shine or and object of some sort. It's awesome anyway.

I dont rememebr is long time i worked on this one, but i think i have not used gradient but brush with gaussian blur, or smth mixed together, about the texture dont remember either, one of them is a picture of mine done long time ago, to the snow with light in bacground is the one gives the effect like shine stars, about the wood thing, mhh i think is another texture but don know from where!
